Responsibilities

  • ● Ensuring smooth progress of projects and completion of project within cost, time and quality standard
  • ● Managing, supervising and coordinating all project activities and resources
  • ● Leading and providing guidance to the site personnel in carrying their task
  • ● Assisting the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily activities at project sites
  • ● Planning and monitoring the work progress of the team for compliance with standards and with the detailed development plan
  • ● Supervising and controlling sub-contractors' activities at site
  • ● Ensuring smooth running and operation of site works at project site
  • ● Being overall responsible for all site operations in terms of progress, quality and safety of work
  • ● Preparing and reviewing construction work programme
  • ● Planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring assigned project
  • ● Ensuring minimal wastage at site and ensuring that housekeeping are regularly performed
  • ● Ensuring all contractor works and suppliers products are carried as per drawing and specifications
  • ● Participating in client consultants and technical meeting
  • ● Organizing weekly site meeting with the sub contractors for coordination
  • ● Preparing PQP, documents and checking documents such as method statement of works, materials submission, construction drawings and specifications to the relevant authorities
  • ● Planning on site mobilization, site office set up and filing system
  • ● Undertaking any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior
  • ● Checking on drawing on any discrepancy and submitting RFI for clarification

Requirements

  • ● Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
  • ● At least 3 year(s) of work experience in construction/civil or other related field
  • ● Preferably Senior Executive specialising in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
  • ● Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word & MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office
  • ● Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
  • ● Must be willing to be relocated to our various project sites
  • ● Must be willing to take up challenge on fast track project
  • ● Must have experience in high rise buildings
  • ● Must be able to handle Microsoft Project
