Responsibilities
- ● Design and develop mechanical product structure (plastic), to meet customer, manufacturability & in-house requirements.
- ● In charge of testing designated plastic moulding products and necessary secondary process (printing & assembly) to ensure the conformance of established quality requirements.
- ● Perform 1st Article Checking on new / modified mould and liaison with mould maker / supplier / workshop for necessary action.
- ● Generate DCN / ECN to production arising from Design & Development activities and update into quality control documents.
- ● Distribute 1st Article Checking Report and quality document to relevant department.
- ● Involve in new material testing (resin & plastic colorants) and seeking improvement on existing products.
- ● Perform Product Monitoring for changing of new raw material before/after mass production.
- ● Follow up all abnormal cases.
- ● Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- ● Ability to apply testing and inspection equipments.
- ● Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
- ● Computer literate.
- ● Possess good drafting skills in 2D and 3D, e.g., AutoCAD, Solidworks etc.
- ● Possess good mathematical skills.
- ● Possess knowledge of Science/Chemistry.
- ● Preferably Bachelor Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Engineering Industry, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics or relevant field.
