Responsibilities

  • ● Prepare tender documents including technical documents, commercial documents, schedule of rates, technical data, catalogues, request quotation from supplier, and prepare costing till submission of documents
  • ● Monitor and follow-up project progress, scheduling, planning, sourcing, documentation including Project Quality Planning (PQP)
  • ● Assist Superior in developing and providing technical support and assessment for new projects
  • ● Responsible for material order including checking plans, drawings, specifications and quantities for accuracy of calculations and ensuring that all materials used and work performed as specifications
  • ● Produce work report/summary on work done and present to Management
  • ● Ensure cleanliness and compliance to ISO Quality & OSHMS procedure
  • ● Follow instructions given by Superior or authorized personnel
  • ● Undertake any other tasks assigned by Management

Requirements

  • ● Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
  • ● Experience in Building Surveying, preparing Quantity Requirement, Material Costs related to HVAC scopes of works
  • ● At least 3-5 years of working experience in the same nature of work
  • ● Good in HVAC, mechanical or electrical knowledge
  • ● Able to write work report and proposal
  • ● Able to do project costing
  • ● Able to do multitasking job
