Responsibilities
- ● Process maintenance requests on behalf of customers.
- ● Create new accounts.
- ● Establish various trading accounts such as share trading and cash accounts.
- ● Perform origination and maintenance tasks for White label Trading solutions.
- ● Apply AML/KYC procedures when on-boarding customers.
- ● Practice prudent risk management by identifying and responding to business risks.
- ● Record rework and work with team members/Management to develop/design/implement process improvements to address root cause of rework issues.
- ● Deliver tangible results by living the continuous improvement / productivity ethos.
- ● Provide superior levels of internal and external customer service by responding to and managing customer and stakeholder enquiries, complaints and issues.
- ● Complete general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- ● Have exceptional attention to detail.
- ● Have excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ● Be able to juggle multiple priorities with a strong deadline orientation.
- ● Be able to identify risks and escalate when required.
- ● Be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Have excellent problem solving skills.
- ● Ideally have a relevant tertiary degree in Finance, Commerce, Business or Economics.
- ● Have previous project experience.
