Financial & vendor management · Track forecast vs actuals; manage invoices/milestone payments and financial reporting. · Manage vendor delivery against scope, milestones and quality; resolve delivery/commercial issues. Stakeholder management & communication · Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs and decisions; communicate progress, impacts and changes. · Foster collaboration and accountability across Business Units, Group IT and partners. Continuous improvement · Capture lessons learnt and improve delivery practices, templates and PMO reporting as required. Requirements · 12+ years of experience delivering large-scale IT projects (infrastructure, applications and/or cybersecurity programmes). · 10+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors in complex environments. · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management or equivalent. · Professional certifications preferred: PMP / CITPM / PRINCE2 and/or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master/SAFe). · Strong project delivery fundamentals: planning, execution, RAID, governance, change control and benefits/value tracking. · Practical understanding of SDLC and infrastructure delivery (network, compute, storage, end-user/endpoint, cloud) and ability to work effectively with technical leads. · Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles (risk-based controls, vulnerability remediation, security testing, IAM, logging/monitoring) and delivery considerations. · Financial and commercial management: budgeting, forecasting, SOW/PO management, milestone/invoice control. · Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive-level updates and facilitation. Hands-on with project and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence)
