• ● Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Financials modules including but not limited to Financial Accounting, Prism, Accounting Center, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Supplier Contracts, Customer Accounts, Expenses, Cash Management, Business Assets
• ● Address day-to-day production issues and be also involved in new process design initiatives and new module implementations projects
• ● Provide on-demand support for the accounting/finance teams during month-end and year-end close activities
• ● Support strategic initiatives with requirements gathering, functionality research, testing and implementation
• ● Develop, optimize, and maintain Prism datasets, data sources, calculated fields, and dashboards to provide actionable financial insights.
• ● Research and provide documentation for current and upcoming Workday capabilities
• ● Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business requirements into Workday solutions (reports, dashboards, integrations, accounting rules).
• ● Maintain and enhance Workday Financials security roles, ensuring proper data governance and compliance.
• ● Drive reporting and analytics strategy, leveraging Prism and Workday-delivered reporting tools.
• ● Support new module rollouts, system upgrades, and ongoing Workday releases by testing and validating functionality.
• ● Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for Finance stakeholders.
• ● Support the business with complex reporting and analytics requests
• ● WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• ● + years of experience working with Workday Finance in an implementation/consulting/technical support role
• ● + years implementing or supporting Workday Prism and/or Accounting Center
