  • ● Partner with SME clients as an extension of their in-house finance function, delivering outsourced CFO and finance solutions including cashflow management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • ● Transform financial data into actionable insights through preparation of management reports, including KPIs and variance analysis
  • ● Preparation of SPFS and GPFS, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • ● Support clients across a broad range of corporate tax compliance, including company tax returns, BAS, payroll tax and FBT returns
  • ● Opportunity to contribute to special projects such as mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and / or funding initiatives
  • ● Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and playing a role in high-impact advisory engagements
  • ● Collaborate with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and business owners, to communicate insightful and accurate financial insights
  • ● Work effectively with Directors and Partners, and contribute to training and development activities for less experienced team members
  • ● Have commenced (or planning to commence) a CA qualification
  • ● Significant business advisory experience within a chartered accounting setting
  • ● Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a desire to go 'above and beyond' to delight your customers
  • ● Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities within a deadline-driven environment
  • ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn
