Responsibilities

  • ● Eram Talent is seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Analyst - SAP IS-Oil (PM) to support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP solutions within the Oil & Gas domain. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into SAP functionalities and solutions.
  • ● Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • ● Analyze business processes and map them to SAP IS-Oil and SAP PM functionalities.
  • ● Lead and support the implementation of SAP IS-Oil solutions, ensuring proper integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • ● Provide post go-live support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
  • ● Handle day-to-day user queries and system-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • ● Prepare detailed functional specifications (FS documents) and collaborate with technical teams to develop and deliver customized solutions.
  • ● Conduct end-user training sessions for different business roles to ensure effective system utilization.
  • ● Mentor and train junior consultants, enhancing team capability in SAP IS-Oil.
  • ● Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.
  • ● Required Skills & Qualifications
  • ● Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-Oil and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
  • ● Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (at least 1-2 end-to-end projects preferred).
  • ● Expertise in business requirement analysis and functional documentation.
  • ● Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO).
  • ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
