About the Company
We are partnering with a well-established full-service hotel.
Responsibilities
- ● Driving operational excellence across the hotel.
- ● Leading and developing high-performing teams.
Requirements
- ● Extensive operational leadership experience within full-service hotels.
- ● Ideally to have worked in the GCC region, if not the UAE itself.
- ● A well-rounded background across Rooms Division, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Security, and overall Hotel Operations.
- ● A proven track record of improving operational performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading multiple departments.
- ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, implement best practices, and deliver consistent service excellence.
- ● Single status preferred.
