• ● Job Summary
• ● Prepare and record documentation for receiving and issuing materials in the department's inventory system.
• ● Prepare summary reports, statistics, and documentation related to warehouse operations.
• ● Job Description:
• ● Issue purchase requisition documents and prepare demand plans for spare parts, oil, and operating supplies for suppliers and relevant departments using SAP, COUPA, and INDIRECT systems.
• ● Record transactions for receiving, issuing, and returning spare parts, oil, and operating supplies (Store Stock) in SAP, Coupa, and Microsoft Office (Excel) systems.
• ● Prepare summary reports of daily, monthly, and quarterly transactions for receiving, issuing, and remaining balances of spare parts, oil, and operating supplies.
• ● Supervise the scrap sales process of the Ayutthaya glass bottle factory and prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly summary reports.
• ● Follow up with suppliers to ensure complete delivery of spare parts, oil, and operating supplies in accordance with the purchase order (PO) documents.
• ● Conduct stock counts on a daily, monthly, and annual basis to ensure inventory accuracy.
• ● Participate in and support various activities related to ISO systems, safety, or other systems as required by the company.
