- ● As a Senior Security Compliance Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping DPHI maintain a strong and trusted cyber security posture. You'll work across a broad range of systems, services and technologies, providing expert advice to ensure security requirements are embedded in the way we design, operate and improve our digital environment.
- ● You'll partner with technology teams, business stakeholders and external providers to monitor compliance, manage security risks, support audits and reviews, and drive continuous improvement. This is a role where your expertise will directly contribute to protecting information, reducing risk and enabling better outcomes for the people and communities we serve.

- ● What you will bring to the role
- ● Excellent ability to translate complex security and compliance concepts into advice that people can easily understand and act on
- ● Excellent writing skills and experience in writing policies and standards
- ● Strong experience assessing risk, monitoring compliance and identifying practical opportunities for improvement
- ● A collaborative approach and a genuine willingness to work across teams to achieve shared outcomes
- ● Sound judgement and the confidence to provide trusted advice in complex and changing environments
- ● Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- ● A commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging cyber security trends, frameworks and standards
- ● The ability to build positive relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- ● A focus on quality outcomes, attention to detail and continuous improvement
- ● Prior experience in the public sector and related relevant legislation such as the NSW Cyber Security Policy is a plus
