  • ● Are you a seasoned SAP professional with deep experience in enterprise transformation and global deployments Do you want to operate at a larger scale and influence end-to-end business transformation This role offers the opportunity to shape future-ready enterprise solutions through high-impact S/4HANA programs.
  • ● As a Senior Industry Principal / Solution Architect, you will engage across the full transformation lifecycle, collaborating closely with business and IT leaders to define, design, and deliver data-driven, value-focused solutions.
  • ● Generate consulting-led opportunities and thought leadership with key clients
  • ● Co-create next-generation business models and end-to-end processes to drive competitive advantage and cost leadership
  • ● Design and synthesize end-to-end processes across planning, sales, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, plant maintenance, and customer service
  • ● Define transformation roadmaps using SAP best practices, SAP S/4HANA, SaaS LoB solutions, and partner platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft)
  • ● Identify digitization and automation opportunities using AI, Blockchain, IoT, RPA, and advanced analytics
  • ● Lead assessments, due diligences, and transformation workshops
  • ● Support clients in building transformation business cases and value realization models
  • ● Engage directly with senior business stakeholders and communicate in business-led language
  • ● Develop business blueprints, PoCs, transformation plans, change impact assessments, and learning content
  • ● Facilitate and moderate large cross-functional workshops to define vision, requirements, gaps, and risks
  • ● Deliver S/4HANA MVPs, templates, pilots, and scalable enterprise solutions
  • ● Drive business buy-in and adoption of delivered solutions
  • ● Contribute to joint product roadmaps with partners such as SAP and Microsoft
