Responsibilities
- ● A leading private hospital in the UAE is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Pathologist (Australian Board) to join its diagnostic medicine team.
- ● The successful candidate will provide expert pathology services, including diagnostic interpretation, laboratory consultation, and clinical support to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis in accordance with international standards.

- ● Examine and interpret histopathology, cytology, hematology, microbiology, and other laboratory investigations according to area of specialization.
- ● Review and report on surgical pathology specimens, biopsies, cytology samples, and other diagnostic materials.
- ● Provide clinical consultation to physicians regarding diagnostic findings, disease processes, and appropriate investigations.
- ● Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including tumor boards and clinical case discussions.
- ● Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of pathology reports.
- ● Oversee laboratory quality assurance and compliance with accreditation standards.
- ● Collaborate with laboratory professionals, clinicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- ● Support the implementation of evidence-based diagnostic protocols and laboratory improvements.
- ● Maintain accurate documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and laboratory standards.
