• ● Examine and interpret histopathology, cytology, hematology, microbiology, and other laboratory investigations according to area of specialization.
• ● Review and report on surgical pathology specimens, biopsies, cytology samples, and other diagnostic materials.
• ● Provide clinical consultation to physicians regarding diagnostic findings, disease processes, and appropriate investigations.
• ● Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including tumor boards and clinical case discussions.
• ● Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of pathology reports.
• ● Oversee laboratory quality assurance and compliance with accreditation standards.
• ● Collaborate with laboratory professionals, clinicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
