• ● They're gunning for unicorn status and want designers ready to grow with them.

• ● You'll be stepping into a packed pipeline of features and products launching over the next 6-12 months, playing a major part in shaping what ships.
• ● They need true T-shaped designers - end-to-end ownership, comfortable across the full design lifecycle, from strategy through to pixel-perfect delivery.
• ● Visual quality and UX are core to their brand - they want designers who've worked on polished, aesthetically strong products.

• ● End-to-end Product Design experience - 0 1 ownership.
• ● Start-up / scale-up background.
• ● A creative foundation - ideally rooted in advertising or agency work before transitioning into product.
• ● Mobile B2C expertise.
