SAP SF EC + Time Off - Lead Consultant

Responsibilities

• ● ROLE SUMMARY: Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.
• ● KEY TASKS:
• ● Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
• ● Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
• ● Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
• ● Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
• ● Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
• ● Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
• ● Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.
• ● Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys.
• ● Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.
