About the Role
of the marketplace, ensuring smooth execution across customer support, catalogue management, customer onboarding, fulfilment, order management, refunds and returns. - This role is highly operational and detail-oriented, acting as a coordination point between internal teams, buyers, sellers and logistics partners to maintain service quality and operational continuity
Responsibilities
- ● Strategy
- ● Identify recurring operational issues, document process gaps, and recommend improvements to reduce manual effort and improve marketplace efficiency
- ● Business
- ● Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for marketplace activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
- ● Support customer service operations by responding to inquiries, coordinating issue resolution, escalating complex cases and following up until closure
- ● Support customer and seller onboarding by collecting required information, validating documents, coordinating account setup and tracking onboarding progress
- ● Processes
- ● Assist with cataloguing activities: product data entry, information validation, image and attribute checks, SKU updates and correction of listing errors
- ● Support order management activities: manual order checks, status updates, delivery coordination, cancellation handling and issue tracking
- ● Coordinate refunds and returns: validating return requests, tracking return status, supporting refund processing and ensuring cases are documented properly
- ● Maintain accurate operational trackers, reports and records covering onboarding, catalogue updates, orders, fulfilment issues, returns, refunds and support cases
- ● People & Talent
- ● Act as a coordination point between internal teams, buyers, sellers and logistics partners
- ● Risk Management
- ● Monitor order flow and fulfilment status, coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners, and follow up on delayed, failed or exception orders
- ● Escalate complex cases appropriately and support timely resolution
- ● Governance
- ● Ensure cases and processes are documented properly and records maintained accurately (you can pull the documentation thread out of the refunds and trackers bullets)
