Responsibilities

  • ● Configure SuccessFactors module within a project.
  • ● Lead or support workshops according to methodology and capture decisions in workbooks.
  • ● Define and document overall configuration of SuccessFactors modules, balancing business, technical, and functional requirements.
  • ● Ensure successful transition of the solution to maintenance teams at project completion.
  • ● Support project resources in defining solutions when challenges arise to keep delivery on time and within budget.
  • ● Organize and support data mapping with client and implementation teams.
  • ● Ensure client fulfills data management responsibilities, including data cleansing and transformation.
  • ● Follow data security procedures and requirements of both Strada and the client.
  • ● Support technical resources in defining integration requirements.
  • ● Assist in delivering integration solution workshops to clients and completing required documentation.
  • ● Conduct Strada testing and ensure all issues are resolved before customer testing.
  • ● Support the Sales function with scoping, solution design, and estimating for projects and change requests.

Requirements

  • ● Excellent experience in HR services delivery.
  • ● Demonstrable experience in implementing SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM Payroll products.
  • ● Experience with at least one end-to-end deployment project involving Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll.
  • ● Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • ● In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll.
  • ● In-depth knowledge of Netherlands Payroll.
  • ● SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central Payroll and preferably Employee Central (desirable).
  • ● Ability to deliver clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops.
