PMO System Manager (SAP/P6)

About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● As our System Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, governance and enhancement of SAP and its integration with Primavera P6.
• ● Act as the central point of expertise for SAP and Capital Project Management Systems (CPMS).
• ● Manage user access, roles and authorisations.
• ● Monitor system performance, investigate issues and coordinate resolutions.
• ● Ensure project cost and schedule data remains accurate across SAP, Primavera P6 and the live project portfolio.
• ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, reporting and data quality.
• ● Lead system-related activities such as upgrades, testing and releases.
• ● Provide expert support and guidance to users across the business.
• ● Deliver training and help build capability across project and cost management teams.
• ● Support governance, compliance and audit requirements.
• ● Partner with IT and business teams to enhance system integration and performance.

Requirements

• ● Knowledge of Primavera P6 EPPM or similar project controls systems.
• ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• ● The ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
• ● Advanced Excel skills, with SQL knowledge beneficial but not essential.
• ● Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
