Civil Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• ● Our client URGENTLY requires a Civil Project Engineer for 12 months + Contracts on the Gold Coast.
• ● The Civil Project Engineer will manage or assist the Project Manager in the delivery of key components of the road infrastructure program and provide specialist technical expertise and advice to infrastructure projects and to other professional and technical staff to ensure successful delivery of the projects within time, quality, cost and stakeholder expectations.
• ● Provide task-focused support to the Project Manager/Team Leader in the delivery of projects and contracts.
• ● Ensure project expenditure is accurately recorded in SAP, including progress claims and end-of-month accruals.
• ● Support contract administration including variations, extensions of time, delay claims, and stakeholder correspondence.
• ● Manage and maintain effective liaison and communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to transport infrastructure delivery activities.
• ● Government experience would be highly advantageous.
