Responsibilities
- ● Implement, configure, and support Ariba solutions, focusing on upstream and downstream modules.
- ● Implement and configure Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration module to meet business-specific needs.
- ● Work closely with business team to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- ● Conduct workshops and training sessions for business to ensure smooth adoption of Ariba solutions.
- ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and IT, to ensure successful project delivery.
- ● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba modules.
- ● Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- ● Document business processes and system configurations.
Requirements
- ● 3-5 years of working experience with Ariba.
- ● Proven experience with both upstream (Sourcing, Contracts, Spend Visibility) and downstream (Procurement, Invoicing) modules.
- ● Hands-on experience with the implementation of the Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration module.
- ● Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- ● Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) is a plus.
- ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
