Responsibilities
- ● A leading private hospital in the UAE is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Hematologist to join its multidisciplinary medical team.
- ● The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with hematological disorders, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in accordance with international clinical standards.

- ● Diagnose and manage a wide range of hematological conditions, including anemia, bleeding disorders, coagulation disorders, hemoglobinopathies, bone marrow disorders, and hematological malignancies.
- ● Evaluate and treat patients with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and other blood cancers.
- ● Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including chemotherapy, targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and supportive care where appropriate.
- ● Interpret laboratory investigations, peripheral blood smears, bone marrow examination results, flow cytometry, and other hematological assessments.
- ● Manage patients requiring transfusion medicine support and monitor treatment-related complications.
- ● Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, transplant specialists, and other multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated patient care.
- ● Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology consultations.
- ● Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and long-term disease management.
- ● Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
- ● Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
