Responsibilities
- ● Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders and the Senior Product Manager to develop the product strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- ● Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining relationships with IT colleagues and senior stakeholders to understand business needs, ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services, and respond with agility to changing priorities.
- ● Complete comprehensive assessments of the existing SAP landscape, evaluate its effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with business goals, identify improvement opportunities, and develop a roadmap for application modernization including AI agents and automation, presenting the final assessment to Design Authority and Steerco.
- ● Define and govern project scope in the OTC space using specialist technology and business process knowledge, complete deliverables within agreed timelines, and manage backlog items from requirements gathering to deployment.
- ● Collaborate with external vendors and partners, build relationships, and ensure delivery of high-quality services and solutions; evaluate proposals and conduct technical configuration and customization to meet customer needs and provide a clean core user experience.
- ● Work with other teams to ensure smooth transition and user acceptance of transformed applications.
- ● Provide insight into industry trends and emerging technologies, enabling teams to assess and recommend suitable tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive efficiency, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
- ● Ensure all products supporting the business comply with internal security, risk management policies, practices, external regulatory, and statutory requirements.
- ● Work with the support organization to troubleshoot incidents and escalations, resolve break-fix issues, demonstrate the ability to manage complex issues and user relationships, and proactively seek ways to reduce the volume of support work.
