Able to translate complex payroll business requirements into practical SAP payroll solutions and guide technical teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- ● Deep SAP Payroll functional knowledge including payroll configuration, wage types, schema/rules, and payroll operations is required.
- ● Ability to work directly with payroll business teams to understand legislative, award, and operational requirements is necessary.
- ● Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation, defect management, and production support activities is needed.
- ● Good understanding of payroll integrations, time management, finance posting, and downstream systems is required.
