Requirements
- ● Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required
- ● 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically in Service Cloud / PSS implementations is required
- ● Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Platform API development and integration is required
- ● Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, OmniStudio Developer, Service Cloud Consultant are required
- ● Communicative English is required
