Responsibilities
- ● Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders working alongside Senior Product Manager to develop the product strategy aligning it with the overall business objectives
- ● Acts as a trusted advisor and builds and maintains relationships with IT colleagues and senior stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of business needs
- ● Complete comprehensive assessments of the existing SAP landscape, evaluating its effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with business goals
- ● Define and govern project scope in the SCM/EWM space and complete deliverables in agreed timelines
- ● Collaborate with external vendors and partners, building relationships, and ensure delivery of high-quality services and solutions
- ● Work with other teams, ensuring smooth transition and user acceptance of transformed applications
- ● Bring insight of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant, enable improvers to assess and recommend suitable tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive efficiency, scalability, and maintainability of applications
- ● Responsible for ensuring all products supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements
- ● Work with the support organization to trouble shoot incidents and escalations providing resolution to break-fix issues
