• ● You'll join our Learning Experience group within Teams and Education, helping us ignite creativity in every learner. At Canva, we're building learning experiences that make creativity, collaboration and visual communication accessible to students, educators and learning communities around the world.
• ● At the moment, this role is focused on:
• ● Building high-quality, intuitive frontend experiences that make Canva easier and more delightful for learners and educators.
• ● Taking ownership of complex frontend problems, from understanding user needs through to designing, building and shipping thoughtful solutions.
• ● Working closely with Product, Design and Engineering partners to turn ideas into simple, scalable experiences.
• ● Improving the quality, performance, reliability and maintainability of the frontend systems you work across.
• ● Using sound engineering judgement to solve complex problems, balancing short-term delivery with longer-term product and technical outcomes.
• ● Contributing to engineering practices within the team through thoughtful code reviews, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• ● Identifying opportunities to improve experiences across Learning Experience and collaborating with related teams where a broader solution will create more impact.
