Manager - SAP-Project Management

Responsibilities

• ● Lead end to end SAP implementation and transformation projects for Bristlecone India Limited, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
• ● The Manager - SAP Project Management will spearhead complex SAP rollout initiatives within the SAP PM Competency - Delivery team. You will own full project lifecycles, from strategic planning and resource allocation to execution, risk mitigation, and post go live support, driving excellence and value for our clients.
• ● Responsibilities
• ● Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• ● Coordinate cross functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• ● Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• ● Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• ● Facilitate regular status reporting and communication with senior leadership and clients.
• ● Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance, and quality standards.
• ● Manage vendor relationships and third party service providers.
• ● Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post implementation reviews.
• ● Oversee resource forecasting, allocation, and performance management.
• ● Champion change management and user adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• ● Qualifications
• ● + years of experience managing large scale SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• ● Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• ● Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) and SAP Activate methodology.
• ● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ● Demonstrated ability to lead multi disciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
• ● PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
