Responsibilities
- ● Provide prompt helpdesk and on-site support for ticketing incidents, basic software/hardware issues, and self-service training.
- ● Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, servers, printers, and network infrastructure.
- ● Support warehouse devices including handheld scanners, tablets, and automation systems.
- ● Perform daily system and backup checks, manage Disaster Recovery & High Availability plans, and monitor uptime and resource usage.
- ● Enforce cybersecurity and access controls, manage IT budgets, procurement, and maintain vendor relationships.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or 2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- ● Solid knowledge of network topologies, LAN, IP standards, and Windows/Unix environments.
- ● Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service orientation, and fluent English communication skills.
- ● Valid Driving License.
