Responsibilities
- ● Deliver enabling activities for major emergency projects across the region.
- ● Provide progress updates to key stakeholders regarding time, cost, and quality.
- ● Analyse data and risks to develop clear cost-benefit propositions.
- ● Work flexibly across the region as workload dictates.
- ● Lead root cause analysis and optioneering where required.
- ● Adhere to governance requirements, including spend authorisation and periodic reviews.
- ● Support reporting requirements for the Delivery Programme Manager and Lead Project Engineer.
- ● Comply with all site health and safety requirements.
- ● Maintain valid personal H&S and MTRA documentation.
Requirements
- ● Be educated to degree level or equivalent.
- ● Have proven technical experience in water or wastewater environment.
- ● Have knowledge of H&S & CDM regulations.
- ● Have excellent stakeholder management skills for multiple stakeholders.
- ● Have excellent communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
- ● Have experience working within a governance framework.
- ● Be able to manage workload of self and others to tight deadlines.
- ● Have commercial acumen and an understanding of the value of work.
- ● Be able to manage your own time.
- ● Be able to challenge constructively, question, and receive feedback.
- ● Be able to motivate and encourage.
- ● Have tenacity, strong drive, and a desire to achieve.
