• ● Job Summary
• ● Provide technical IT support to employees and branches while assisting in maintaining the company's cybersecurity, systems, networks, devices, and IT infrastructure. The role is responsible for resolving technical issues, monitoring security risks, ensuring system availability, and supporting the business across head office and restaurant branches.
• ● Responsibilities
• ● Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees and restaurant branches.
• ● Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, system, and connectivity issues.
• ● Install, configure, maintain, and monitor computers, POS devices, printers, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment.
• ● Monitor network performance and ensure stable connectivity across branches and head office.
• ● Support user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, and IT systems.
• ● Monitor cybersecurity alerts and identify potential security threats or vulnerabilities.
• ● Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
• ● Ensure antivirus, endpoint protection, security patches, and software updates are maintained.
• ● Monitor unauthorized access, suspicious activities, and potential security incidents.
• ● Support data backup and recovery procedures and ensure critical systems are protected.
• ● Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, configurations, and user access.
