Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (Techno-Functional) (Based in Malaysia)

Responsibilities

• ● Gather business and data requirements with stakeholders
• ● Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS)
• ● Develop and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex and standard platform capabilities
• ● Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and:
• ● Support Agentforce and AI solution configuration, development, testing, and enhancements
• ● Support data mapping, API integrations, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• ● Work closely with the Team Lead, Project Manager, and project team to deliver quality solutions
• ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• ● Up to 2 years of Salesforce experiences are welcome to apply
• ● Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Flows, APIs, and integration concepts
• ● Ability to gather business and data requirements independently
• ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment
• ● Interest in learning and working with Salesforce Agentforce and AI technologies
• ● Preferred Skills
• ● Familiarity with Lead Management, Campaign Management, and Web-to-Lead
• ● Salesforce certifications are an advantage but not mandatory
