• ● The E2E Supply Chain Associate Manager is a critical leadership position, responsible for shaping and developing Thailand & LCM end-to-end Supply Chain strategy aligning with Thailand & LCM business strategy and global/regional Supply Chain strategy, deploying and coordinating transformational initiatives and overseeing key end-to-end Supply Chain projects in Thailand & LCM. This position reports to Senior E2E Supply Chain Manager, Southeast Asia markets.
• ● 1.Lead Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) process includes:
• ● Portfolio management review: drive new product introduction and SKU rationalization process.
• ● Demand review: create unbiased customer demand forecasts over 36 months planning horizon.
• ● Supply review: manage supply to balance customer service level vs. inventory carrying cost vs. product quality.
• ● Integrated reconciliation: recognize, review, and resolve misalignment across the organization.
• ● Management business review: transform and be more agile to meet market opportunities and challenges.
• ● 2.Orchestrate with cross functional teams (Commercial, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Technology, Legal and Human Resource) to capture external market dynamics and internal business insights and identify end-to-end opportunities where we can accelerate customer experience, business growth, profit improvement, innovation, end-to-end supply reliability and agility.
• ● 3.Connect and partner with regional / global supply chain team to provide local operating company's input and cascade regional / global supply chain strategy into local operating company.
