Responsibilities

  • ● Role Summary:
  • ● Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.
  • ● Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
  • ● Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
  • ● Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
  • ● Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
