Responsibilities
- ● We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of ServiceNow Business Analyst and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the public Sector.

- ● Proven record of collecting and synthesizing data to derive actionable insights.
- ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and influence
- ● stakeholders.
- ● End-to-end experience working with product teams to build and enhance products.
- ● Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production
- ● (Business-as-Usual) environment is preferred.
- ● Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
- ● Experience working with applications developed on the ServiceNow App Engine
- ● platform is highly preferred.
- ● Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or custom
- ● applications is an advantage.
- ● Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management.
- ● Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritise effectively to
- ● meet tight deadlines.
