• ● In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, partnering closely with clients to translate business needs into scalable, future-ready capabilities. You will drive end-to-end transformation programs, shaping finance operating models while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• ● Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs from strategy and roadmap through implementation
• ● Advise clients on future-state finance operating models, incorporating automation, analytics, and AI-enabled processes
• ● Translate complex business challenges into value-driven SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
• ● Engage senior stakeholders, including CFOs and finance leadership, on transformation agendas and value realization
• ● Lead solutioning and proposal development, including business cases and client presentations
• ● Drive AI-enabled finance use cases such as predictive analytics, intelligent reconciliation, and process automation
• ● Manage and mentor cross-functional consulting teams, including global delivery teams
• ● Contribute to capability building in finance transformation, advisory, and AI-led SAP solutions
• ● Required Qualifications:
• ● Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Finance, with strong S/4HANA transformation exposure
• ● Proven experience delivering at least three end-to-end SAP Finance implementations
• ● Strong expertise in core SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) and their business applications
• ● Demonstrated ability in solutioning, proposal development, or pre-sales activities
• ● Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled transformation outcomes
• ● Strong understanding of AI, automation, and analytics within finance functions
