About the Company
- The Technical Product Owner works with the Business Leaders in the development of the IT Portfolio (IT, Digital and Ecommerce Roadmap) for the business unit, aligned with its strategic goals and is the main contact person for the business unit. - Manages the technical aspects of the product development alongside the product owner/manager, acting as a bridge that connects business and development teams, grooming the requirements and providing technical assistance in the backlog ordering, creation and communication. - Technical Solution Envisioning and Relationship Management:Build a strong partnership with business unit leadership (business domain) and other key stakeholders to become fully integrated in decision-making and driving business strategic priorities Assist and advice the Product Owner on key technical decisions and contributes to the elaboration of the House of Quality (HoQ) / Product Backlog (Epic)Work alongside business product owner to define, manage and accept user storiesParticipate in RFx process and evaluates functional capabilities of vendors/solutionsEvaluating the proposed solution to ensure business fitmentSupport development of business cases, operating model changes, solutions, business buy-in and integrate in planning and budgeting cyclesBring new thinking and innovation to the businessTechnical Solution DeliveryContribute to the solution definition and architecture development (including phase out plans) with the Principal Enginee
Requirements
- ● Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering/Science
- ● IT Experience of 5-7 years (Band H) and over 7 years (Band I) and Business Domain Experience of 3-5 years (Band H) and over 5 years (Band I)
- ● Solid Ecommerce experience (front end and back end technical solutions) including, feature implementation, platforms migration, code optimization, ecommerce features implementation)
- ● Senior experience with system and data architecture (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, server side optimization)
- ● Senior experience in back end systems (Microsoft Dynamics, POS systems, Marketing automation, Customer Data Platform integration)
- ● Strong knowledge in UX design, website and mobile development etc
- ● Demonstrable experience working in a similar role
- ● Strong understanding of business operating models across one or more industry verticals, including Retail, Automotive, Banking, Financial Services, Treasury, Insurance, and Real Estate.
- ● In-depth knowledge of industry-specific business processes, enterprise systems, technology landscapes, and best practices within the relevant business domains
- ● Developing solution design & architecture, infrastructure and technology, sourcing & procurement, IT Security Management, Service Management
- ● Proficient in IT Quality Assurance, including test planning, quality standards, defect management, and process improvement.
- ● Strong experience in IT Project Management, including project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery.
- ● Proven expertise in IT Vendor Management, including vendor evaluation, contract management, performance monitoring, and service delivery governance.
