• ● Job Summary:
• ● We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to design, implement, and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role requires deep technical and functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead diverse project teams. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving digital HR transformation and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• ● Design and implement scalable, integrated SAP SuccessFactors solutions across modules like Employee Central (EC), Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, and others.
• ● Translate business requirements into innovative solutions, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
• ● Ensure alignment with client HR strategy and enterprise architecture.
• ● Lead and guide project teams through all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• ● Oversee the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems, payroll, and core ERP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Payroll).
• ● Manage risk, resolve escalations, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
• ● Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• ● Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on HR digital transformation initiatives.
• ● Conduct solution reviews to ensure the architecture aligns with industry standards, compliance requirements, and scalability needs.
• ● Drive end-to-end testing, data migration validation, and performance optimization.
• ● Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors innovations and trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• ● Mentor and train junior consultants and team members.
• ● Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field.
• ● Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is mandatory; additional modules preferred).
• ● Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• ● Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
