Responsibilities

  • ● Job Summary:
  • ● Lead and manage SAP PM module implementations and enhancements.
  • ● Conduct business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • ● Configure SAP PM functionalities including equipment master, maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, task lists, and measuring points.
  • ● Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, PP, and QM.
  • ● Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP PM-related issues.
  • ● Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with ABAP developers.
  • ● Conduct user training, UAT, and post-go-live support.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • ● Stay updated with SAP innovations and recommend improvements to clients.
  • ● Required Qualifications:
  • ● Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM module.
  • ● At least 2 full-cycle SAP PM implementations.
  • ● Strong understanding of maintenance processes in manufacturing or asset-intensive industries.
  • ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ● Ability to work independently and lead client workshops.
  • ● Preferred Skills:
  • ● SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance.
