About the Role
To attend and answer telephone & radio calls, and communicate to the respective department whilst maintaining a log of outgoing and incoming calls, informing the Shift manager of all issues relative to the department.
Requirements
- ● Diploma or High School qualified.
- ● Minimum 1 year experience as receptionist/ front office.
- ● Customer focused and Good temperament.
- ● Have a high level of computer skills
- ● Good English communication
