Requirements

  • ● Good understanding of SAN/NAS storage technologies, datastore management, storage provisioning, and performance troubleshooting.
  • ● Exposure to Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments
  • ● Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks.
  • ● Understanding of networking concepts including VLANs, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Firewall policies, and DNS architecture.
  • ● Preferred:
  • ● Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise Windows Server and VMware infrastructure environments.
  • ● Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of P1/P2 incidents involving Windows, Active Directory, VMware, and infrastructure services.
  • ● Manage VMware infrastructure including vCenter, ESXi hosts, clusters, virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
  • ● Administer and support Active Directory services, including user authentication, GPO management, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, and certificate services.
  • ● Execute operating system patching, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening activities in accordance with organizational standards.
  • ● Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and PowerCLI to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • ● Perform infrastructure health checks, capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring.
  • ● Support backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
  • ● Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement preventive measures to eliminate recurring issues.
  • ● Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, operational runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • ● Work closely with storage, network, security, cloud, and application teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • ● Participate in change, release, incident, and problem management processes following ITIL best practices.
  • ● Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance for complex operational issues.
