Job Description Carry out painting and decorative works in guest rooms, villas, public areas, restaurants, corridors, offices, back-of-house areas, and external areas. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks/holes, removing old paint, and applying appropriate primers. Apply emulsion, enamel, textured, epoxy, waterproof, and other approved paint finishes as required. Ensure all painting works meet the property's five-star quality and presentation standards. Perform touch-up and corrective painting works promptly in guest and operational areas. Match existing colours, textures, and finishes accurately when carrying out maintenance works. Protect furniture, flooring, fixtures, fittings, and other surfaces from paint splashes and damage. Maintain proper cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area during and after completion. Requirements
- ● High school education or relevant vocational/trade qualification preferred.
- ● -3 years of experience as a Painter, preferably within a five-star hotel, luxury resort, or similar hospitality environment.
- ● Knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and safe handling of paints and chemicals is preferred.
- ● Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs
- ● Physically fit and able to perform rescues, extended standing, and outdoor duties in varying weather conditions
- ● Demonstrates strong teamwork, discipline, and professionalism in high-pressure environments
- ● Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction
- ● Willing to participate in training, emergency drills, and continuous skills development
