Transfer Pricing Manager

Barden is delighted to partner with a leading professional services firm in Dublin as they look to hire a Transfer Pricing Manager. This is a chance to take ownership of day-to-day client work across advisory, documentation, and controversy, with senior colleagues on hand to sharpen your technical judgement.

Lead transfer pricing projects from planning and policy design through to compliance and audit defence. Run functional analysis interviews and carry out economic analyses. Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation. Support clients through interventions, Advance Pricing Agreements, and Mutual Agreement Procedures. Help clients apply their transfer pricing policies in practice. Work with international colleagues on cross-border advisory projects. Mentor junior team members and support business development. ABOUT THE PERSON Transfer pricing experience at Manager level, or ready to step up into it. Strong working knowledge of OECD, EU, and IRS transfer pricing rules. Experience with economic analysis databases. Dispute resolution experience, including APA and MAP work, is a plus. Strong communicator and client relationship builder who can manage projects, budgets, and people.
