About the Company

Position Overview Are you an experienced finance leader looking for a broad country eadership role within a complex multinational environment Our client is seeking a Finance Director to take ownership of its finance and administrative functions across Saudi Arabia. Leading a team of approximately 10, this is a highly visible role which requires a direct and hands on focus across financial reporting, treasury, tax and legal entity governance. Working closely with senior country and regional leadership, you will play a critical role in safeguarding strong financial controls while acting as a strategic partner to the wider business

Responsibilities

  • ● s, drive process simplification and operational efficiency, and navigate a sophisticated regulatory and tax environment. The role offers significant exposure across business partnering, treasury, tax, IFRS reporting, transfer pricing and legal entity financial management. With regular interaction across senior country and regional stakeholders, as well as external auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors and government authorities, this position provides the successful candidate with genuine influence over the financial direction and effectiveness of the Saudi operation.

Requirements

  • ● Given the breadth and seniority of the position, our client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
  • ● Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • ● Minimum 10 years in senior roles with progressively increasing responsibility
  • ● Strong experience operating within a complex FMCG globally operating multinational organisation
  • ● In-depth knowledge across accounting, IFRS, taxation, treasury and legal entity financial management.
  • ● Strong understanding of the Saudi economic, regulatory and business environment, combined with excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
