About the Role

Manages asset lifecycle strategies, asset information structures, performance frameworks, renewals planning, and alignment with international asset management standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • ● Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management, facilities management, or infrastructure operations.

  • ● ISO 55001 Maximo Certified / SAP PM Asset Lifecycle Management Asset Criticality Analysis Capital Planning Facilities Asset Management Performance Optimization
  • ● Preferred Company Experience
  • ● Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, ISS Facility Services.
  • ● Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure environments.
