Responsibilities

  • ● Manage Accounts Payable, vendor invoices and reconciliations.
  • ● Handle invoice processing, vendor ledger scrutiny and payment documentation.
  • ● Work on SAP HANA for transactions, vendor creation and invoice posting.
  • ● Coordinate GRN/MIGO corrections and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • ● Support VAT accounting, month-end closing and audits.
  • ● Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Logistics and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • ● Relevant accounting experience in Construction Chemicals or Cement Manufacturing or any Manufacturing industry.
  • ● Strong knowledge of AP, vendor accounting and reconciliations.
  • ● Working knowledge of SAP HANA; Tally is an advantage.
