Freshers are welcome to apply!<br><br><br><br><br>Job Responsibilities<br> * Handle inbound customer calls and assist with account balances, order status and payment-related queries.<br> * Record customer complaints accurately and professionally.<br> * Resolve customer concerns with effective communication and problem-solving.<br> * Maintain accurate records while navigating multiple computer systems.<br> * Follow company procedures, compliance guidelines and quality standards.<br><br><br>Eligibility & Skills<br> * Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent experience.<br> * Good English communication skills (verbal and written).<br> * Strong active listening and customer service skills.<br> * Basic computer navigation and accurate typing skills.<br> * Ability to handle customer information responsibly.<br> * Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.<br><br><br>Salary & Benefits<br> * Take-home salary: ₹19,000 per month<br> * 2-way cab facility<br> * ₹700 food coupons<br> * 5 days woek<br> * 2 days Rotational off<br><br><br><br><br>📍 Job Location: Mangalore
