Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and improve construction chemical products such as renders & plasters, tile adhesives, tile grouts, masonry & repair mortars, screeds, self-leveling compounds, epoxy systems, and waterproofing products.
  • ● Work on formulation development and optimization, ensuring products meet required technical and performance standards.
  • ● Apply strong knowledge of construction chemical raw materials and identify suitable alternatives for cost and performance optimization.
  • ● Conduct laboratory testing and evaluation of new raw materials to assess their suitability, quality, and impact on product performance.
  • ● Carry out product trials, performance testing, and quality evaluations during product development.
  • ● B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent qualification.
  • ● -8+ years of relevant experience in Construction Chemicals / Dry-Mix industry.
  • ● Hands-on experience with formulation, product development, and raw material testing.
  • ● Practical knowledge of tile grouts and epoxy systems, including colour matching.
  • ● Good understanding of construction chemical products, applications, and performance parameters.
  • ● Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools.
  • ● Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory, as the role requires regular site visits and customer support.
