• ● One week you're closing a 18,000 role. The next, a 1.8 Cr CTC leadership hire. Same desk. If you can do both and show the numbers to prove it, we want to talk.
• ● HR has been in recruitment for 11 years. We've worked with 400+ employers across 16 sectors and made 7,000+ placements. Our offices are in Goa and Pune. This role is fully remote.What you'll doOwn requisitions end to end, from entry-level volume roles to senior leadership and CXO hires
• ● Source through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and direct headhunting
• ● Screen and assess candidates, then submit only the ones who fit
• ● Manage candidates through interviews, offer, negotiation and joining
• ● Take briefs from account managers and clients, and push back when a brief doesn't match the market
• ● Keep your pipeline and tracker updated daily
• ● What you need2 to 6 years in non-IT recruitment, agency experience preferred
• ● A track record you can put numbers on: daily submissions, placements per month, and total CTC value placed
• ● Strong sourcing skills beyond just job boards
• ● Clear communication in English and Hindi
• ● Your own laptop, stable internet and a quiet place to work
• ● Working days Monday to Saturday. 1st and 4th Saturdays off.
