Responsibilities
- ● Lead engineering operations, technical governance and maintenance strategies across multiple facilities.
- ● Drive asset reliability, lifecycle management, preventive maintenance and operational efficiency.
- ● Manage contractors, service providers, operational budgets and performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- ● Lead project commissioning, technical handovers and operational readiness.
- ● Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, HSE and relevant ISO standards.
- ● Drive sustainability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related discipline).
- ● Minimum 14 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in people management.
- ● Strong background in Engineering Operations, Facilities Management, Infrastructure or Large-Scale Property Operations.
- ● Extensive technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, asset management, utilities and critical engineering systems.
- ● Proven experience managing complex, large-scale facilities and infrastructure portfolios.
- ● Strong leadership, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- ● Professional certifications such as CEng, CIBSE, IFMA or PMP are advantageous.
- ● Candidates with experience managing large-scale, complex infrastructure and critical facilities will be preferred.
