Responsibilities

• ● Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module.
• ● Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• ● Handle service requests, user queries, and defect resolution.
• ● Support annual performance review and goal-setting cycles.
• ● Monitor system performance and proactively identify operational issues.
• ● Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
• ● Configure and maintain:

• ● Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and SOPs.

• ● We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Support Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience in production support, and enhancement activities for the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module. The candidate must possess a valid SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification and be fluent in Arabic and English .
• ● The role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of the PMGM solution, supporting business users, resolving incidents, managing service requests, and driving operational excellence.
• ● 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• ● SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification (Mandatory).
• ● Arabic Speaking, Reading (Mandatory).
• ● Strong experience in PMGM production support and operations .
• ● Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SLA management, and incident management.
• ● Experience supporting large-scale HR and talent management environments.
• ● MBA / B.Tech / Any Graduation
